These programmes have been designed with a new age theme inspired by the likes of Oprah, Dr Phil and Caroline Myss. Each course is designed to run for two hours over a six-week period and will provide the individual with the tools for making changes in their life and encouraging on going growth and change.
Course Outline
Week 1: Looking at the personality, our ego, the exotic flavour that makes us who we are.
Week 2: Fine tuning our emotion. Understanding our personal and subjective considerations.
Week 3: The Mind. Our creative intelligence and the strength of one’s mental capacity.
Week 4: Love. Yin and Yang. Listening to our hearts and how we can improve our relationships with others.
Week 5: Energy and discipline. The strength of our success depends on our physical energy and our capacity to work hard.
Week 6: Luck and opportunities. Learning to ride the rhythm of life and reaching our full potential.
